The remainder of the property is beyond the arroyo and marked clearly by a survey with flagging tape. Beyond that is open space and the Cimarron Cemetery and the views of the famous Philmont Skyline. The property is within the Cimarron Village limits and a buyer would connect to the Village sewer and water. The Seller has a new survey which shows there may be some use of the driveway by a neighbor to access the back of their property and that the drive goes partially on the neighbors property. There is not a floodplain designated on the property but on occasion the arroyo does rise. Great south facing property.
